Dave Thomas
Senior Pastor
Hailing from ancestors just west of us in Sumner County, Dave brings decades of pastoral experience expressing his spiritual gifts of administration and exhortation to our community.
Dave and Ann have been married since 1989, holds bachelor and master's degrees from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago and has done doctoral studies at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO. Dave has served in various pastoral roles in Oklahoma, Wisconsin and Kansas. Pastor's passion is to propel you forward in being conformed to the image of Christ, our Savior.
When not shepherding our congregation, Dave is probably not far from his smoker or cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals.

LaTonya McGathy
Secretary
LaTonya joined our secretary staff in August 2015! She has been married to Chad McGathy since July of 2006. Chad is a police officer for the City of Winfield and has been for several years and served in the Marines prior to moving to Winfield in 2007. They have four children, two boys and two girls. Their oldest Aceon (18 years old), Ella (14 years old), Declan (6 years old), Tirzah (3 years old). LaTonya has served in multiple ministries at the church since 2015 and organized many activities for the church. Her spiritual gifts are singing, hospitality, organizing, and decorating.
She enjoys tennis, bike riding, hanging out with friends, crafts, movies, music, singing, piano playing and spending time with her family.

Bart Felder
Facilities/Technology
Bart joined our ministerial staff in August 2025. He serves as head of facilities and technology. His spiritual gifts are listening, patience, and serving.
He enjoys working on his mini-farm in his spare time.
