Looking for Assoc. Pastor who could become Sr. Pastor

Looking for a full-time Assoc. Pastor who boldly loves and teaches God’s inspired Word as authoritative and inerrant in making disciples for Christ. We are Affiliated with the Evangelical Free Church. This person will win the lost and make disciples of all ages, being willing to help wherever needed, starting out helping with children and youth. This person will agree with and uphold our doctrinal statement of faith, located on our church website. Upon positive review, this person will be highly considered in taking over the Sr. Pastor position when the current Sr. Pastor retires in about two years. This person should have at least five years of ministry experience. Being under the age of 45 with musical abilities by him or his wife would be a plus. The church has a current average attendance of 110-130. All candidates will be considered. This is in a community of 12,000 people, 45 miles away from a city of 390,000 in south central Kansas.
